What are the chances of reaching senior management if…?

Chances of reaching senior management positions in an organisation if you have a undergraduate degree in Business Management, Masters in Human resource management and a MBA form a top tier university.

I’m not saying I posses these qualifications. Do you think these qualifications along with years of work experience is enough to reach a senior position within an organisation.

WOW, you have good aspirations.

Most Senior management have got there because of a combination of things.
True, good qualifications are a must, A MBA, and a degree in LAW, or Accounting. Most senior people I know have three or four series of letters after their name.
That doesn’t mean they stayed at Uni for years. They usually did a double first, and then found another degree, where they could get cross credits.
However, some politics, and history came into play also. In many cases these positions aren’t advertised, and the networking system opened up any opportunities.
I would suggest you aim for a job in a high flying company, work hard, and make sure you get credit for credit due. Most people will have a idea of what pathway they take to achieve this, and working for some Ho Hum company won’t achieve your goals. Look for a position with some prestige, and go from there.
