(1) a great trainer : Hiring of trainers by instructors with many years experience<br />
(2) a great location : Steep hills make excellent<br />
(3) the spice of life : Who wants to be doing the same things in the same order every single session. Executing the same routine day-in and day-out is not only boring but also exercises the same muscles day-in and day-out. Bootcamp exercises are perfect for mixing up to maintain variety and interest.</p>

I have a Marcy diamond elite home gym ( my dad bought it in I believe 2008) and a couple of dumbells. I was wondering if anyone had a good <a href="http://www.intensegym.com/" target=_self>workout routine</a> I could follow. Like what exercises and how many reps and sets I should do.<br />
<br />Skipping meals does not serve the purpose!<br />
 Best to go with certain foods, which are useful to our body, in moderation!<br />
 The liver has the function of neutralizing the toxins and alcohol and fat is concerned.<br />
 Foods to favor:<br />
 White meat and fish, artichokes, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, oranges and berries.<br />
 The pancreas produces insulin to lower blood sugar levels, so we avoid the simple sugars in favor of small portions of complex carbohydrates.<br />
 Foods to favor:<br />
 Pasta, preferably wholemeal bread and rice.<br />
 The kidneys maintain stable levels of mineral salts in the blood and eat when you are forced to work too much.<br />
 Foods to favor:<br />
 oranges, clementines, bananas, because potassium-rich parsley, celery contains apiina.<br />
 The intestine, the portion of the colon, the bacteria balance, producing vitamins and eliminate toxins from poor diet and just to put it into crisis.<br />
 Foods to favor:<br />
 Apples, pears, pineapple, and I know all the chicory ..; /</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I recently joined the gym, and would like to begin a 2 hour work out three days a week.  I was hoping someone could provide a good circuit/routine/schedule I can follow.<br />
<br />What I do is about one hour on the treadmill, as fast as I can go (with a bit of an incline) to get me sweating and my heart rate up and then I get off of there and go to the leg and arm machines (lol, sorry for the lack of technical terms) and work out there for about 30 mins and then I get back on the treadmill and work out for another 30 mins (this burns more calories when you stop and start back again). All the kids I know that do gym have sick arms, legs, pecs, abs etc. I can do any stretches exercises, whatever, I have dumbbells and I can use my bath to do decline pushups. HELP. I want to get in great shape.<br />
<br />hey i use to do competitive gymnastics! we did 9min. plank holds. over splits. sit ups. if u can try taking a gymnastics class at ur local gym. <img src='http://www.feministy.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
