What do you call that paper where there is a checklist of exercises that you’d do in the gym?
I want to monitor my gym exercises (including weight lifting and cardio). I used to have that when i was in highschool in my phys. ed. class. But, i forgot what it’s called. I want to search one in google and print it out.
