Thet’s what I want to know. I don’t see any other bodybuilders taking their supplements at the gym. I for one do. So am I doing it right? Am I supposed to weight a half an hour or something after using supplements?

you have to work out the long muscles as well as the short ones, so you must stretch as well as lift.


Maybe cause you have not got enough carbos in your body, Use a protein powder that will help you alot,

Also wen you do excersises your muscles are always contracting and if they run out of Carbos well they do not work

Like if we run out of water or food we can not funstion propley

I have been working out off and one for about 5 years now and have developed some what of a well formed body.
However I find it hard to keep this up due to lack of a real routine. I just kind of wing it most of the time.

I was wondering if any of you smart yahooanswers people would be able to help me with this?

The equipment I currently have at my disposal is a weight bench with a lat bar, and a preacher curl attachment. Along with this I have an olympic bar with 300 lbs to it.

and weekly routine would be helpful and greatly appreciated!
