I think getting a tattoo because it’s ~meaningful~ is SO cheesy. Whenever I stare at meaninful/cool quotes and images too long they start to seem banal and stupid…

Don’t get me wrong, I like tattoos, but I’d only ever get them for the sex appeal factor.

Yes tattoos can give you some pain no matter where you put it.
If you want a tattoo on your neck think about putting it on the back of you neck so it’s not too visible. That place can be sensitive as you go closer to the spine.
The wrist can be pain full if it’s going over the bones in the wrist. I haven’t had a neck tattoo done yet but from what I have heard I think the neck can be pain full. If you really want it on one location then just man up and do it. Try not to flinch or tense up as they are tattooing you and have some thing to eat before you go, you can even even bring some music or a friend to help you relax.

honestly, i've never heard of anyone getting a tattoo, simply because it looks cool. You can ask anyone that has a tattoo, and they all have some kind of meaning to them. but a really great question

I just turned 17 i got my tattoos from 15yrs to recently. got a name 7 letters good-sized on my left wrist, not much fat but you do have a thin layer, it doesn’t hurt at all for me

Some times tattoos can add to your sex appeal but it doesn’t all ways work. Some people say that if it doesn’t have meaning to your or if you don’t believe in the quote then don’t bother getting it cause you may end up regretting it. But it’s your body and your life. If you want to get it then do it but don’t go around judging other people if you have that tattoo on your back.
