Anyone know an easy home work out routine, and an easy gym routine to help me lose about 20-25lbs?


Hey,
I am a 23 year old mother of two, full time college student and working part time at a small law firm . . . I would like to work out but have no idea what I am doing (and finding the time to do it lol) I have a gym membership but do not have the slightest idea what to do with those machines and cannot afford to pay someone to tell me. Anyone?

I know the best simple yet effective one at home is yoga and breathing techniques. 15 to 30 min daily. but the results are wonderful the long run. So you’ll need to be consistent.
