What is the workout routine of a soldier that is in training?

Now i know this is a delicate subject (Army) so just FYI in no way am i meaning to offend anyone at all ok…… my question is what is the workout routine of a soldier that is in training? I notice that mostly all enlisted military people are really fit. So does anyone with insight knows the workout routine of a soldier like how many pushups they do or how long they run etc. or if they lift weights like what do they start them off with?

It is different for almost everybody. Basically I work out 3-4 times a week. I do chest one day, back the next, then legs, and usually the 4th day is all core/ab work. I wont do situps unless there is a PT test coming up soon. I’ll also run 4 times a week, between 20-60 minutes, depending on my pace.
