FL Studio. Version 8 and soon to be 9 (once you buy it, you get 9, 10 ,11, ect… free through lifetime free updates).

One poster said there are no tutorials that come with it, that is false in a way. Once you purchase FL Studio, you gain access to their official forums which have HD video, step by step (with a human speaking…no corny subtitles) tutorials. Well worth it.
