It’s not so much the specific workout as it is the time put in the weight room. Incline work is definitely a contributing factor, as is plenty of flyes. Just keep working for it! Most of these guys put years into their physiques. And please don’t carry the misconception that it takes anabolic/androgenic steroids (AAS) to attain this goal.
A good chest routine for size and strength:
Flat Bench Press (Wide grip) 5×5
Incline DB Press 3×6 Superset w/flyes
Incline Dumbbell Flyes 3×8
Weighted dips 2×6-8
You can alternate the flat benchpress with incline benchpress week to week if you like. Many lifters agree that incline work is better for mass, but is not a total replacement for flat pressing. Don’t forget to get a full range of motion, especially on the flyes. Stretch the muscles! Try to use a weight that will make you fail on the prescribed reps. Hope this helps.
Best of luck!
